Responsibilities also include:

  • Work with Internal Business Applications (ZOHO) stakeholders to understand and document development requirements.
  • Help maintain the product backlog including writing user stories.
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and training documents.
  • Test software releases to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher (business analysis, programming, or computer sciences field preferred). They will have a general understanding of the software development life cycle and a solid understanding of document management and various business document correspondence. They will have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects independently, to meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate manner. The incumbent will have excellent problem solving and verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team. Previous SQL or Business Intelligence (BI) experience and oilfield and drilling knowledge are considered an asset. Ability to travel between the United States and Canada is required.
