Responsibilities:

-Phone Management: Answer and manage the clinic phone, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients, insurance providers and collaborating organizations.

-Email Correspondence: Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members.

-Therapist Support: Assist therapists with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to booking clients, resolving billing issues, and handling insurance-related matters.

-Content Creation: Develop psychoeducational content to support the clinic’s educational initiatives, ensuring it aligns with the clinic’s mission and values.

-General Administrative Support: Undertake various administrative tasks to maintain the smooth operation of the clinic.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
  • Customer Support Knowledge: Familiarity with customer support principles and practices, providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: High school diploma completed. Psychology undergraduate students are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in Counselling Psychology: Candidates with a background or ongoing studies in psychology will be given preference
