Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for general queries from inside and outside the organization. Respond to emails and inquiries, directing them to relevant colleagues when needed. Process invoices and expense reimbursement requests in line with our policies. Coordinate electronic mailings to officers, members, and specific groups. Manage department materials shipments for conferences and events. Generate reports and coordinate scholarship programs.

Keep our projects database updated.

Provide administrative support for various events.

Coordinate public consultation submissions.

Set up surveys and maintain relevant website sections.

Support committee and officer meetings.

Handle department filing and archiving.

Provide administrative support to Division Directors.

What You Bring:

Experience in an administrative capacity in an office environment.

Experience in prioritising and managing own workload.

Experience in accurate and timely administration.

Experience in scheduling formal and informal meetings (online and in-person) and conference calls would be an advantage.
